Perfect conditions today at Mugdock park with mother and daughter Nat innes and Kara. Perfect weather for it, warm not too sunny so we had a quiet spot. We practiced some line drawing with charcoal and pencil before moving on to some studies of the waterlilies and finally a watercolour painting.
We had some lovely conversations, lots of opportunity for relaxing and connecting with nature. Met some lovely locals (watch this space for portrait) and some aspiring artists as well.
The girls worked so hard and you can see that in their finished pieces. Beautiful and feeling revived!
